A bathroom should be more than just functional; it should feel intentional. But most bathrooms were built with cookie-cutter layouts and cheap finishes that wear down fast. Meeting All Your Needs

Why Layout Matters Just As Much as Materials?

Too many bathrooms are limited by bad layout, not bad materials. Before picking tile or faucets, we start with smart space planning. That might mean moving plumbing lines, adjusting vanity placement, or replacing a door swing that blocks storage. If your bathroom constantly feels cramped or inefficient, it’s not just old—it’s poorly laid out. We fix that.

Our Process

Our Step-by-Step Remodeling Process

Step 1: In-Home Consultation

We meet with you to walk the space and understand your goals. You’ll get honest feedback on what’s possible and a plan to move forward based on your needs, not a cookie-cutter sales pitch.

Step 2: Design and Material Selection

From layout options to tile, fixtures, lighting, and vanities—we help you select every detail. Whether you’ve already picked your finishes or need guidance from scratch, we’ll streamline the process and avoid decision fatigue.

Step 3: Demolition and Prep

We protect your home, isolate the workspace, and remove everything cleanly. That includes old tile, cabinets, plumbing fixtures, and drywall if needed. Once the space is open, we inspect behind the walls to make sure nothing’s hiding that could cause trouble later.

Step 4: Build and Finish

We rebuild from the ground up, framing, waterproofing, tile work, cabinetry, paint, fixtures, and final connections. Every phase is tightly scheduled and professionally installed.

Step 5: Final Walkthrough

Before we call it complete, we walk through the entire project with you. Every line, seam, and switch is checked. Any small tweaks are handled immediately. The result: a bathroom that looks sharp and works exactly how it should.

The kitchen came out exactly how I imagined — clean, modern, and functional — and the bathroom feels like something out of a high-end hotel. What really stood out was how transparent and responsive they were. I was always kept in the loop, and the schedule stayed on track from start to finish.

I’ve worked with other contractors before, and this was by far the best experience. ICO runs a tight, honest operation. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling work done the right way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ICO was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had! We recently hired them to remodel our gutted bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the jump they were professional and communicative and we really appreciated their expertise when designing our bathroom. The quality of the work is beautiful and was done quickly to boot! Any time we had any concerns they were two steps ahead and already working on addressing it. They are definitely the first contractors I will call for my next remodeling project.

Not usually. We isolate the workspace and work clean. If the bathroom under construction is your only one, we’ll help you plan around it or phase the work to reduce inconvenience.

Do you help with layout and design?

Yes. We provide layout planning and design guidance as part of the remodeling process. Whether you need a total rework or just finish selections, we’re here to help.

In many cases, yes. But if your layout is inefficient or your plumbing is outdated, we’ll give you options to improve it with minimal disruption.

Are permits required?

Yes. Most bathroom remodels in Plano require permits for plumbing, electrical, and structural changes. We handle all permit applications and inspections for you.

Clean Work. Minimal Disruption.
