Meeting All Your Needs

A Kitchen That Fits the Way You Live

Your kitchen isn’t just a project, it’s where you cook, gather, and spend time with family. We think through every part of how you use the space and tailor your remodel to support that. Want more prep space for cooking? We’ll design better countertop zones. Need storage that actually works? We’ll add custom drawers and tall pantry cabinets. Want the whole space to feel brighter and more open? We’ll rework lighting and layout.

Our Process

Our Kitchen Remodeling Process

1. In-Home Consultation

We start by meeting you in your home to evaluate the current kitchen. We talk through your frustrations, your goals, and how you want to use the space differently. Then we give you honest, experienced insight into what’s possible.

2. Planning and Design

We help you choose layout changes, cabinetry styles, countertop materials, lighting plans, flooring options, and everything in between. Whether you already have inspiration or don’t know where to start, we guide you with clear recommendations and realistic options.

3. Demolition and Site Prep

We protect your home before demo begins. That means sealing off the workspace, covering floors, and managing debris. Then we remove existing cabinets, flooring, appliances, and anything else being replaced.

4. Structural Work and Rough-Ins

If the layout is changing, this is where we handle framing adjustments. We also run new plumbing or electrical lines to support your new layout and appliances, all done by licensed, code-compliant professionals.

5. Finishes and Fixtures

We install backsplash tile, lighting, hardware, trim, and appliances. Every detail is double-checked. No shortcuts, no loose ends.

6. Final Walkthrough

We inspect everything with you, drawer alignment, finish quality, appliance connections, paint touch-ups. Once you’re satisfied, we leave the space clean and fully ready to use.

The kitchen came out exactly how I imagined — clean, modern, and functional — and the bathroom feels like something out of a high-end hotel. What really stood out was how transparent and responsive they were. I was always kept in the loop, and the schedule stayed on track from start to finish.

I’ve worked with other contractors before, and this was by far the best experience. ICO runs a tight, honest operation. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality remodeling work done the right way.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. ICO was the best contractor experience we’ve ever had! We recently hired them to remodel our gutted bathroom and couldn’t be happier with the results. From the jump they were professional and communicative and we really appreciated their expertise when designing our bathroom. The quality of the work is beautiful and was done quickly to boot! Any time we had any concerns they were two steps ahead and already working on addressing it. They are definitely the first contractors I will call for my next remodeling project.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

Most kitchen remodels are completed in several weeks, depending on the scope. We give you a detailed timeline during the planning phase and manage the schedule closely to avoid delays.

Can I stay in my house during the remodel?

Yes. We take steps to minimize disruption and keep your home livable while we work. However, your kitchen will be offline for part of the project, so we will help clients plan temporary setups if needed.

Do I need a permit for a kitchen remodel?

Yes, most kitchen remodels that involve plumbing, electrical, or layout changes require permits. We handle all necessary permits and inspections as part of the project.

Can I make layout changes during the remodel?

Yes. We often rework layouts to improve space and function. During the design phase, we’ll help you explore what’s possible based on your home’s structure and your budget.

What if I already have appliances or materials picked out?

That’s fine. We’ll coordinate around your existing selections and make sure everything is sized, installed, and finished correctly.

Safe, Durable Work That Holds Up

We do things by the book because that’s how you protect your investment. All our work meets or exceeds code, and everything from structural changes to appliance installs is done right the first time. We build kitchens that last, not ones that need repairs in two years.
